Freerunning sport "Parkour" training is available.
 
"Move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body, principally through running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal movement," says Isaac Camilleri Liberto. 
 
Develops functional strength; balance; spatial awareness; agility; coordination; precision; control and creative vision.
 
Combined with gymnastics offers full body workout; improves cardiovascular endurance, increases bone and core strength; and promotes quicker thinking.
 
Malta's first indoor Parkour gym is in Mgarr.
