A UK dance school's principal and strength and conditioning expert will be here in January.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for ballet students who will get first hand exposure to one of the UK's best classical ballet teachers," says Rowena Grech, the host. "Students will also get very important tips and guidance which will help them prepare physically for their dance classes to avoid injuries."
Kate Simmons, principal of KS Dance, and Rupert Wiltshire will be in Malta to conduct the training on 28th and 29th at the Academy’s studio in Mosta.
Students who are currently attending Grade 5 Ballet classes and above may join the course. This course will include nine hours of training for senior students and six hours for Grade 5 and Grade 6 students.
