A workshop "Art of Viniyoga of Āsana" will take place in the UK on 12th and 13th November.
"It introduces the student, through a two day workshop, to the primary principles and teachings from T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar," says Paul Harvey, the tutor.
Limited to a maximum of five students to allow for a personalised approach and in-depth transmission between teacher and student.
Based in the Cotswolds, the workshop offers an opportunity to have in-depth introduction to enhance professional skills.
