The creator of Malta-based classes is launching a "SUP" Yoga Teacher training course.
"Take your yoga practice to a new level," says Rosita Jan. "Spend three fun filled days on the water learning how to teach SUP and different styles of SUP Yoga."
Requirements include minimum 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training and First-Aid and CPR certified (or at least registered for a class before the training begins). Students will earn 25 Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance.
Course for 2017 runs once a month from May to August.
After training in India to become a fully qualified Yoga Alliance teacher, she teaches in the UK, South Africa, Southeast Asia and Malta.
