The owner of the Lotus Room Yoga Centre in Zebbug got awarded the membership level of "Senior Yoga Teacher" with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
"This allows me to share my experience through Yoga Alliance CPD workshops for the continued professional development of yoga teachers, advanced yoga practitioners and health professionals," says Jennifer Cortis.
Upcoming soon, after a summer break, are CPD workshops on the Yoga and Ayurveda Detox.
As well, a "Big Blue: Kirtan Show" will take place at 7pm on 25th August in collaboration with Mantra Malta. "Experience the bliss and spiritual upliftment that comes from Bhakti yoga and mantra meditation."
