The next "Food Handling" course will be held on Friday 4th December.
"For people who are directly involved in the preparation and production of food," says the coordinator.
Courses also held privately at ones premises for any number of people. Dates and times set according to ones convenience. Courses available in English, Maltese or Italian.
Certification and license issued by the Food Safety Commission of Malta is valid for five years.
