Centre offers "Food Handling" course 18th March.
"For people who would like to increase their knowledge of food safety and
who are involved directly in the preparation and production of food," says Marie Antoinette Ellul.
Obtaining a Food Handling license is a requirement for all people
working in the food industry. The license obtained after successful
completion is valid for five years.
Training is offered in Santa Venera.
