First edition of the "Malta Throwdown" takes place in 2022.

Formerly the Rock Throwdown, the event brings together CrossFit F15 and CrossFit 356 to offer the newest and biggest CrossFit competition ever organized in Malta.
Categories include Individual Male and Female Rx, Individual Male and Female Scaled, as well as, Team of Three with two males and a female.
