The annual crossfit competition, "Rock Throwdown" takes place this September.
"Prepare to get your sweat on during this fun weekend with workouts testing your crossfit skills to the full," says the organizer. "Athletes from all over Europe come down to participate during the two day competition."
This year, there will be three different divisions: Individual Males Rx, Team Males Rx and Team Females Rx.
A total cash prize of 7,000 euros will be shared between the top three division winners of the fourth annual event.
The two-day event is organized by Crossfit 356 and takes place 9th and 10th September.
Event venue is De La Salle College in Birgu.
