The next "Food Handling" course will be held 11th February.
"For people who are directly involved in the preparation and production of food," says the coordinator.
Courses can also be held privately at one's premises for any number of people. Dates and times set according to one's convenience. Courses available in English, Maltese or Italian.
Certification and license issued by the Food Safety Commission of Malta is valid for five years.
