The college introduces its new "Natural" Chef course, starting in June.
"Developed to meet the growing demands of a society increasingly interested in food that supports and promotes health," says the tutor. "As no single dietary regimen is appropriate for everyone, we teach how individualised food can enhance health."
This nine month diploma course plus mandatory 100 hours internship provides graduates with career options including becoming a Natural Chef in a restaurant, juice bar, health café, or spa; working as a personal chef, or developing a healthy catering or food business.
The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is a UK training provider for recognised diploma courses in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture and Homeopathy.
