The academy is now offering an "Indian Head" massage course on 11th March.
"Includes working what are called marma points on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders and back in order to open up energy channels, balance chakras, and help relieve tension and stress," says the tutor.
"It is part of the ancient ayurvedic healing system."
This is a one-day certificate course. No previous training is necessary.
Training takes place in Paola, starting at 9:30am.
