Beauty and health industry qualifications awarding organisation, Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT) has acquired EMS Limited which trades as ITEC, reports the magazine.
Helping the organisation meet its goals to develop its portfolio of qualifications in the beauty, spa, complementary therapy and related industries, "Placing strong emphasis on quality assurance, learner success, employer recognition and exceptional customer service," says Alan Woods, VTCT CEO.
A special half-day conference will take place during the next Professional Beauty Show to be held at the ExCel London on 26th and 27th February.
