The next "Food Handling" course will be held in Sliema on 3rd December.
"For people who are directly involved in the preparation and production of food," says Charmaine, the coordinator.
Courses also held privately at one's premises for any number of people. Dates and times set according to one's convenience. Courses available in English, Maltese or Italian.
Certification and license issued by the Food Safety Commission of Malta is valid for five years.
