India and the World Health Organization (WHO) signed a landmark agreement for the global promotion of traditional systems of medicine, reports the European association.
For the period 2016 to 2020, the Project Collaboration Agreement (PCA) "will deliver for the first time WHO benchmark document for training in yoga, and WHO benchmarks for practice in Ayurveda, Unani and Panchakarma," says the president of the European Ayurveda Association.
