A master class by permanent makeup artist and trainer Tunde Mehn will be held next month.
She will be in Malta to conduct training in hair stroke eyebrows, unique 3D effect lips and shaded eyeliner.
Course held between the 16th and 19th September at the brand new academy located in Birkirkara and founded by Maria Bugeja.
