This year's winners of the ESPA "Innovation" awards have been announced.
"Accomplished through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or ideas that are readily available to the market," says João Pinto Barbosa, PR manager for the association based in Brussels.
The development of a new, more creative or more effective approach to any aspect of spas and health resorts management, operations or marketing was awarded at a gala held recently in Vichy, France.
