INTERNATIONAL EXAM NOW ONLINE

Performance in Hair and Beauty (PHAB) has just launched its first ever online customer service exam, which is available internationally through its website.

PHAB Standard Customer Service exam is an affordable management tool offering instant results open to all stylists, colourists, beauty therapists, nail technicians, barbers and salon/spa receptionists.

Founded in 2010 as UK's first, performance based service standard aimed at dramatically improving the clients' experience with stylists, beauticians and nail technicians.
